This is a bi-monthly subscription service, so it automatically ships to you every 2 months!
Our monthly boxes and mailers ship on or near the 18th of every month. Cutoff for orders is the 15th of the month at 8pm EST, so if you order after the 15th, you are subscribing for the following month and it will ship on or near the 18th of next month. Packages arrive to most US addresses within just a few days of shipping.
When will I be billed for the monthly recurring membership?
When you place your order for the TASTE OF HAITI BOX membership, you will be billed for your first TASTE OF HAITI BOX immediately. After that, recurring billing is on the 5th of the shipping month.
Please note: after your initial box purchase, your next box renewal will occur on the 5th of the shipping month – regardless of when you first signed up.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards as well as PayPal.
Can I cancel my monthly membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the first month canceled and is not refundable. If you wish to cancel after the first month, you must do so by five days before your subscription is set to renew in order to avoid having your credit card charged. For example, if your recurring membership payment is on the 5th of the month, you must cancel by the 1st of that month. Please also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org notifying us of your cancelled account.
How do I renew my subscription after canceling?
You can renew by logging into your account and placing a new order.
Why was my subscription deactivated?
If we are not able to charge your credit card, your subscription will be deactivated.
How much is shipping?
All of our boxes ship for FREE within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii, as well as APO/DPO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, and US territories. At this time, we are not able to offer to ship outside of the aforementioned territories.
When will my package arrive?
All boxes ship at the same time – on or around the 26th of every 2 month – and should take 3 to 7 business days for your Taste Of Haiti package to arrive at your doorstep!
All orders must be placed by the 13th of the month you will receive your box in order to receive that month’s box (unless we have extras). If you subscribe after the 13th and want the current month’s box, contact us and we’ll let you know if there are any left or check the MARKETPLACE. Otherwise, you are subscribing for the following month’s box
How do I track my shipment
As soon as your box ships, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. We recommend checking your spam folders to make sure you don’t miss your email notifications.
My Box is marked as delivered but I have not received it. What should I do?
Taste Of Haiti Box is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please follow up with your local USPS and file a claim if your package can’t be found
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we are not shipping TASTE OF HAITI BOX internationally. We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes, of course! In the checkout page, please use the optional “Order notes” to specify that it is or it is not a gift. Also, you can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box. Be sure to enter your billing address but the recipient’s shipping address.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
How do I update my address?
Login into your account and update your shipping address or send us an email at email@example.com. We must receive notification five days before your subscription is set to renew. We are not responsible for boxes sent to incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers.
My box and products are damaged, what should I do?
In the rare case a box and/or its contents come damaged or is missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’d be happy to resolve your request. The validity of a damaged box and/or its contents will be at our discretion and we request a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite a resolution. Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving your subscription box.
What is your refund policy?
SORRY – WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED. THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS A SURPRISE BOX SO THAT’S A RISK YOU ARE AGREEING TO WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE. If you don’t like the box contents, then that is the perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your customers and clients. But make sure you cancel your auto-renewal so you aren’t stuck with another shipment that’s not a good fit for you.
What if my box is sent to the wrong address?
Please be sure that you have provided the correct address when placing your order. We are not held responsible if the shipping address provided is incorrect once the order has shipped. If you noticed an error in the shipping address right after you place your order, please email us email@example.com with the order number and the updated shipping address.
